OUR PROCESS
At Candance & Design, our remodeling process is simple and straightforward. We strive to understand your needs and walk with you every steps of the way throughout each of our different phases: estimation process, material selection, and construction. Whether you're interested in a style refresh or improving the functionality of your space, we're here to help!

Estimation Process
Our estimation process starts with a free in-home consultation. During this phase, we get to know you and your vision for your space, create 3D renderings, and put together an estimate for your final proposal.

Material Selection
Once a contract is in place, we review your allowances, design preferences, and schedule appointments for you to shop at our preferred vendors. We help you select materials for your project and take care of ordering everything for you.

Construction
Our team will work closely with our subcontractors for your project. We will take care of applying for all necessary permits and setting up dumpsters. You will have an Owner Portal where you will be able to access your project details.
